Enrolment Costs

When submitting the registration form £100 per child, this will cover the registration and enrolment cost.

Once the offer has been made then the following will be required

• Deposit of £250 (refundable at the end of enrolment, once all the outstanding costs are covered)

• Technology fee £100 (Non-refundable - Tech Fee includes allocation of digital resources & curriculum and account creation)

Key Stage 3

There are NO hidden costs. All-inclusive Annual Tuition and New Student Enrolment Fees include all digital resources.

Scholarships and Financial aid

We believe every child has a right to a quality education. Parents who cannot afford tuition, should contact us and be ready to provide proof of their financial difficulty and what they can afford. You may fill out the Financial Aid Form for consideration.

Scholarships are available for highly able students. If you would like to apply for any of the grants available, please let our admissions team know.

Withdrawal

At Bayaan Academy, we dedicate time and resources to ensure every child’s academic success. This includes personalised course planning, creating accounts, and assigning schedules.

While families can withdraw at any time, tuition commitments, as agreed during registration, remain applicable. Refunds are only available for pre-payments made before the academic year starts. Once classes begin, refunds are not possible, and registration, tech, and assessment fees are non-refundable.

Our small class sizes mean spots are limited, and withdrawals mid-year impact our planning and resources, as well as families who may have been turned away. Thank you for understanding and supporting the effort we put into each student’s journey.
